This fee ensures that appointments are reserved for committed patients, helping us optimise scheduling. The booking fee will be used towards your treatment unless insufficient notice is given when rescheduling. Our cancellation policy respects everyone’s time, as last-minute cancellations can prevent us from serving others in need. These measures support our goal of delivering quality care at affordable, fixed prices.

We will also require a $50 booking fee for free consultations. If you decide to proceed with your treatment, the deposit will be applied to secure your next appointment. If you decide not to continue, we will happily refund your deposit.
